About
Why we’re called Urim.
In ancient times, the Urim and Thummim (“lights and perfections”) were consulted before important decisions (Exodus 28:30). We took our name from them because it sums up what we aim for in every project: helping a business see clearly.
A customer who understands your offer in seconds has more reason to reach out. A calculator that answers instantly saves your team hours of manual math. A system that brings your information together keeps you from deciding in the dark.
So we start by understanding what your customers need to decide and what your team needs to run the business. Then we design and build what’s needed, with clear scope, stages and terms from the very first proposal.
Terms we apply on every project
- Your company owns the domain, hosting, code, analytics and ad accounts.
- Every proposal states currency, scope, deliverables, exclusions, revisions, validity and payments.
- If anything changes, it’s quoted in writing before we do it.
- At handover you get access, documentation and training.
- Maintenance is optional and has a written scope.
Five steps, each with something you review.
- First conversation. You tell us what you need, who it’s for and what you have today. We ask for examples, processes or files that help size the work.
- Proposal. Scope, deliverables, exclusions, stages, currency (MXN or USD), payments and validity, in writing.
- Design. You review a clickable prototype before development, with the agreed rounds of changes.
- Development in stages. Partial deliveries on a test environment so you can see progress and approve it.
- Launch and training. We launch, hand over access and documentation, and show you how to update content. Afterwards you can hire maintenance with a defined scope.
